Please provide names of ALL travelers (including infants) and dates of birth. You must provide the FULL legal names EXACTLY as they appear on the government issued photo ID presenting at the airport. If there is a middle name or initial or Jr. or Sr., etc. on the ID it must be provided.

⚠️  Please note that if names on airline tickets do not match up with the names on the ID the airline will deny boarding. The airlines do not allow name changes and air is non-refundable and subject to airline terms and conditions. Travelers that fail to provide correct names will incur all costs associated with the repurchasing of flights.

Acceptable Forms of Government Issued Photo ID

Based on TSA and DHS requirements:

FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL:

Valid passports are required for ALL travelers including infants as the gov’t issued photo ID presented at the airport. Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond the RETURN date or airline may deny boarding. Check your expiration date!

FOR DOMESTIC TRAVEL WITHIN US:

Visa & Passport Requirements

Depending upon your destination and nationality, you may need to obtain one or more visas. If so, this is the responsibility of the traveler. Passport and visa information may be obtained by contacting the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department at 202.647.5225 or by visiting the State Department’s Web site at http://travel.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should be sure to contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements.

You may communicate your special requests such as king bed, crib, room location, etc but please note that requests are NOT a guarantee. Hotels will accommodate whenever possible.
If travelers have a frequent flyer number for the airline, a Known Traveler Number (“KTN) for Global Entry or TSA Precheck, please provide this information so that we may note your reservation.
