My husband and I first worked with Carmen on our June 2017 honeymoon. We really wanted the experience to be stress-free and to live up to our special expectations so we sought out a professional, Carmen. Our honeymoon to St. Lucia was phenomenal thanks to her! We couldn’t have asked for more. We spoke with Carmen once and zero-ed in on our destination. She was readily available to us by email & phone while planning the trip and helped us arrange a day excursion and beach dinner. My husband and I had never travelled internationally before, so it helped to know if anything went wrong with flights or reservations that we could reach out to a professional. Well, fast-forward one year to our first anniversary trip. Carmen helped set us up with an incredible deal in Bermuda. I didn’t think anything would come close to our honeymoon experience, but this trip was just as fantastic. So fantastic that we would love to do the same trip next year if circumstances permit. Carmen steered us to the perfect hotel and destination and helped guide us to a more suitable time of year to make the trip. All of this was successfully planned via email and 1 phone call. Surprise!

I just wanted to thank you (yet again) for setting up a WONDERFUL vacation trip for me! I am now a huge fan of Sandals. The food was fantastic, the people were very friendly, and the resort was perfect for us! St. Lucia was a beautiful island, and I never would have thought to go there if it wasn’t for your suggestion.

Oh and the best part of the trip, was the first day we arrived, Ryan proposed!!!! :) :)

We just returned from our second cruise book by Carmen. She made recommendations and suggestions for our trip, and helped coordinate 3 families, which included 14 people of various ages (mix of teens, college, and pre-teens).  Carmen also managed to get excellent rooms right across from each other.  She reminded us of when payments were due and helped us with travel insurance and logistics.

It made the trip so less stressful to have a seasoned travel agent assist us with our planning!

We had a terrific trip and made memories that will last a lifetime!!

Carmen, as we sit poolside on our last full day in Hawaii, I just wanted to share what a wonderful trip it’s been. Thank you so much for your expertise in making it so!
All the properties we stayed at have been terrific and the excursions better than expected.  We had initially attended the Lahaina luau on our honeymoon and it was great to share the fun with our kids this time around.

Everything was very organized, with great food & service and outstanding show. The Maui downhill turned out to be a fine experience handled by a great staff.
