My overall experience working with Carmen was top notch! From the beginning when we started to discuss options such as Italy and Greece together, she steered me right in the correct direction with just spending two weeks in Italy. We had multiple phone calls to ensure everything we wanted for our honeymoon was what we were looking for.
From the flights being booked with ample amount of time between connections, multiple tours in Italy which were top notch, transfer car services with amazing drivers, and last but not least all the hotels were 5 star with beautiful grounds.
It’s truly obvious to know that Carmen knows how to plan an amazing honeymoon. She also knows which places and which services you would need. She doesn’t try to promote one or the other but simply gives you options to make it a dream honeymoon. Finally, Carmen is great with communication and making sure the entire itinerary is correct. Carmen could not have been any more friendly and helpful in planning our honeymoon! We first spoke on possible destinations and after receiving a few price quotes, we were able to make our decision. Hawaii was too expensive for us and we ended up going to St. Lucia and it worked out great! She was extremely knowledgeable on both locations. We gave Carmen a budget that we wanted to try and work around and she did so perfectly.
In hindsight, what Carmen had told us about our resort and some of the excursions leading up to our trip was spot on.
Carmen was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and perhaps most importantly, she was very reliable as well; if I had sent her an email she would respond quickly and would answer all of our questions or give us the insight we needed in a short period of time.
I would recommend using Suntastic Honeymoons and Vacations, and my wife and I anticipate on using them down the road as well! Carmen was very helpful, having been to Tahiti before, made excellent suggestions to ensure we’d have an amazing time. She suggested how to split our time between islands. And Carmen arranged activities and excursions which included a romantic private dinner on the beach, an amazing canoe breakfast, a 4×4 trip around the island, an amazing sunset cruise in Bora Bora, and a snorkel tour where we swam with sharks!
